A one-day art workshop with Emma Lindsay, where you will learn how to create your own handmade collage papers and then use them to create a mixed media, abstract landscape.
The papers will be created using a variety of techniques and materials such as stencils, stamps, rice paper, metallic leaf, rollers, sprays, inks, paint and pens.
We will use a variety of reference material from both artists’ work and photographs as our inspiration. We will explore composition, colour and shapes and combine our collage papers with a variety of mixed media to produce an abstract landscape on artboard (approx. 40cm x 30cm).
