Cancellations and refunds For bookings made through yardley arts and this website only

Yardley Arts tutors that handle their own bookings will also have their own policies that we recommend you check before booking.

Course and workshop fees paid through the Yardley Arts website or by bank transfer are refundable only in accordance with the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellation more than 21 days before the course or workshop begins: 90% refund.

• Cancellation between 14 and 21 days before the course or workshop begins: 50% refund.

• Cancellation less than 14 days before the course or workshop begins: no refund.

If you wish to cancel a course or workshop booking, please inform Yardley Arts as soon as possible. This gives us the opportunity to offer your place to someone on our waiting list.

Transferring your place

Alternatively, you may transfer your booking to another person. If you find someone to take your place, it is your responsibility to arrange any reimbursement directly with that person; Yardley Arts will not be responsible for transferring or refunding the course fee.

Please notify us of any replacement student as soon as possible by emailing bookings@yardleyarts.org, providing their full name and contact details.

Any refund outside the terms set out above will be at the sole discretion of Yardley Arts.
