About the tutor

Jo Turner has been making stained glass in various guises for about 20 years, crafting leaded panels and windows, copper foil projects and fused and slumped glass. What started as a hobby for her spiralled out of control and she is now teaching as well as making. As a biologist and scientist, Jo’s ideas and inspiration are mainly derived from the world around us and how we interact in that space. She is quite often found in her garden studio experimenting by throwing various materials along with the glass in her kiln and awaiting the outcome!
