Mindfulness with Art taster (2 hours)

  • Yardley Arts, The Old School Hall The Square, Yardley Hastings Northampton, England, NN7 1EU United Kingdom (map)

This has been a hard year for many of us, so could you benefit from understanding more about taking care of your wellbeing?

More energy and enthusiasm. A greater capacity for relaxation and calmness. Enhanced self-confidence. Increased ability to handle stressful situations. More focus. More self-awareness. Greater sensitivity to others.
— Mindfulness programme results

Mindfulness could really help you to step back, take a pause and can also help in the following ways:

  • coping better with distress and difficulties

  • savouring life more, develop more of a sense of flourishing

  • helping focus attention, being more aware of the many distractions that pull us away from where we want our minds to be.

We find the additional focus on art is a really enjoyable way of helping develop these skills, so we hope you can join us!

Cost

Just £20, payable in advance.
