Continuing with Watercolours (2x half-day workshops)

  • Yardley Arts, The Old School Hall The Square, Yardley Hastings Northampton, England, NN7 1EU United Kingdom (map)

Already attended a beginner’s course in watercolours? Then this is the course for you!

Led by the renowned Chris Richbell, we will be building on your skills from the earlier course and developing them further by analysing and using subtle colour mixes. We will be using classical watercolour techniques such as wet into wet, reserving whites, dry brush work, and lifting out colour to produce at least one larger scale painting to be proud of. Plus a range of experiments which will include colour underpainting … and the use of opaque paint.

Great new ideas to try and a very supportive tutor
