Be guided through all the techniques needed to enable you to create a piece of silver jewellery with round cabochon stone with tutor Beccy Gillatt. You can choose from a pendant or ring but your design is your own. The day is very relaxed and everyone will go home having made a piece of jewellery to treasure forever.

The course is limited to 11 spaces (maximum). The course is suitable for ages 12 and up, both total beginners and those with some experience.

What you need to bring:

• An apron (or old clothes)

• Notepad (blank page) or sketchbook

• Pen and pencil

What to wear

Please make sure that you have a hairband to tie your hair back and do not wear floaty skirts, really loose fitting clothes, scarves or open toe shoes, as we will be in a workshop environment. We will use torches and some acids, which can damage clothes so an apron or pinny is recommended as well as remembering not to wear your favourite jeans!

If you already have a design in mind please contact Beccy to discuss the viability and what you might need to purchase to make it. Afterwards, Beccy would be grateful if you could supply two images of your choice, landscape and portrait, if possible, for use in marketing (website and Facebook)
