Looking to develop your drawing, make fresh studies from the figure, or simply enjoy a few hours immersed in life drawing?
Sara Myers’ Saturday life drawing is a relaxed and friendly untutored life drawing group with professional models and lighting, set in our stunning main studio. Each event has a different model and occasionally themes, carefully chosen to inspire and enhance your drawing skills.
These sessions welcome beginners and experienced artists alike, working in any style or medium. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or just beginning your life‑drawing journey, you’ll find a warm welcome and a supportive studio atmosphere.
As a general rule these classes run two Saturdays in every month, during term time. There are morning and afternoon sessions which can be booked individually, or both for all day life drawing events.
AM - Andy will be doing a short pose set in the morning from 1 minute to 30 minutes.
PM - Samii will be doing 4 x 30 minute poses after a short pose warm up.

What is included
Easels, drawing boards, clips and basic drawing materials and paper.
Tea, coffee and biscuits available in the kitchen.
What to bring
You are welcome to bring your own sketchbook and preferred drawing materials / paper.
Do wear clothing suitable for whichever materials you are working in.

If you would like to attend for the full day you will need to book both the morning and afternoon sessions. There is no separate link for a full day session.

about the tutor
Sara Myers is a freelance sculptor based in Milton Keynes, with a studio in Northampton. She is a practising sculptor with regular shows and some public sculpture commissions. She has a degree and masters in fine art and is a member of the Society of Portrait Sculptors and Society of Women Artists.
