On the first Friday of the month the main studio turns in to a working space to paint, draw, or simply have time to work on some ideas with others in a mutually supportive creative atmosphere. Whether you consider yourself an artist, a creative or an art student, we invite you to come and make the most of our great facilities, for only £10 for the day (please book in advance)

In this workshop, we will be looking at Christmas themed linocuts.

A collage project using printed and plain tissue paper. We will create a beautiful layered tissue paper cityscape collage inspired by the work of Paul Klee.

Join Kat Lendacka for three four-hour workshops to learn linocut reduction technique and create your own colourful linocuts. A reduction print is made by gradually carving away more lino after each layer is printed. The process of carving away and printing is repeated on the same block until the final print is built up.
Some previous experience of linocut is required.
